Foster Parent Association of WilkesMandy is a sweet, bubbly girl who loves having her sisters with her in foster care. She really looks up to her older sisters and is always following behind them. Mandy enjoys baby dolls and cartoons and loves to use her imagination. The family cat is her absolute favorite, and she might just try and play dress-up with them!
Mandy has grown over the winter and wishes for some spring clothes that fit. She wants to shop at Children’s Place and pick out a few cute outfits for school. She will have fun shopping and really enjoy wearing her new clothes to school and looking awesome.
