Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes to pick out some essentials for school. She wishes for new socks and undergarments to help get her through the rest of the school year. This will keep her comfortable and replace some out grown items.
