Jersey is a phenomenal young girl who is living in foster care without her younger brother. Foster care has been really difficult for Jersey, but she has remained so hopeful and positive throughout the Journey. Jersey enjoys interacting with people and being creative. Jersey has expressed she would like to become a cosmetologist when she is older, and with her drive, she can achieve anything!

Jersey loves doing her hair and makeup and says that looking nice helps boost her self-confidence. She has decided that she is going to go to cosmetology school! This hair styling tool would be perfect for her to practice new looks and practice getting the hang of things, while also giving her the confidence boost, she deserves!
