Harvey is ready to start high school and may want to pursue higher education once he graduates. He has returned to the foster care system and needs all the support he can get.
Harvey has been in and out of several placements while in foster care. Currently, he is in a placement that is helping him get a job. He needs a few professional outfits to wear for his new job. He will be working in a labor position, so he needs clothes that will stand up to the demands of the position. Harvey is asking for a gift card to Burlington so he can get the items he needs.
