Heaven's foster mom has fallen under some hard times and does not want to place him and his sister back into the system. She needs monetary support currently and is asking only for a new coat for Heaven to stay warm this winter. He is doing so well with his foster mom and they love each other dearly. She just needs to get back on her feet. The coat will help tremendously as the winter months approach.
Heaven is 3 years old and lives in NJ
Heaven came into foster care at two years old. Due to neglect, he and his sister were removed from their mother's care and placed with their current foster mother. He is doing much better now that he is being well nourished and taken care of.
