Arrow Child and Family MinistriesDakota is in a kinship placement with his older and younger brother. They were in care for over a year, a few months before the death of their biological mother. He and his brothers are in the care of their grandmother, who is working to adopt them. Dakota loves sports and is a very good athlete. He is well-mannered, respectful, and kind. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
As the football season draws to a close, Dakota is eagerly preparing to transition into basketball. A versatile athlete, he not only excels in multiple sports but also stands out as a natural leader among his teammates. With the new season approaching, Dakota is in search of the perfect pair of basketball shoes to enhance his performance on the court. His positive attitude and deep passion for all sports inspire those around him, making him a beloved figure in both football and basketball.

"Dear Dakota, Happy Holidays! I came across your wish and as a former athlete wanted to grant it for you. I hope that you know that there are people in the world who are thinking of you, and all that you are capable of. Never forget even on the hard days that you are loved by many, that you matter, and that sometimes right when you need it (or want it) good things will happen. Keep working hard, being kind and empathetic, and find those who will encourage and love you for who you are. <3 Jess "
