Jhordyn is a sweet young lady with a passion for running track and watching Disney movies. Recently, she relocated to Texas, where she encountered some challenges as she tried to settle into her new environment. Living in a single-parent household has also posed difficulties for her, particularly with her dad’s absence. Despite these challenges, Jhordyn and her family are receiving support from The Homes For Children, which has been a source of strength for them.

Jhordyn has just moved into her own room, and she's excited about the possibilities that come with it. She has not had the opportunity to have her own space, and her wish is to have a TV in her room, as it would help personalize her new environment and make it more enjoyable. With a TV in her room, Jhordyn would have the perfect opportunity to relax, watch her favorite shows, and unwind in the comfort of her private space.
