Foster NationMelissa is a dedicated young woman who loves hiking and playing sports. She spent eight years in the foster care system, moving between various placements and group homes. That time in her life was incredibly challenging, but Melissa is proud of the person she has become today. In her free time, she enjoys art and reading. She has a strong interest in psychiatry, having previously engaged in clinical research, and she aims to pursue it as a future career. Melissa values building connections with others and hopes to give back to her community in any way she can.
Melissa has a deep passion for reading, which is evident from the stacks of books that fill her living room. As someone who values organization, she is eager to tidy up her apartment and create a more appealing space. Melissa dreams of transforming her collection into a beautiful display on shelves, something she would love to showcase when guests come over. This organizational effort will mean a lot to her and will not only enhance her living space but also allow her to share her love for books with others in a more inviting way.

"Hi Melissa, I hope you love the bookshelf. It's always fun deciding how to organize them. I have an entire shelf JUST for Stephen King. I love reading too. If you haven't checked out King yet, he is more than just a horror writer. I started at age 11 with The Eyes of the Dragon. A fantasy he wrote for his children. Lol. No pressure if you're not into him, but a lot of people miss out thinking he's not for them and he has a lot of range. Happy reading! Take care. :] Sincerely, Brittany"
