She has a diverse range of experiences, having worked as a dental assistant, a remodeling technician, and even in janitorial services in a labor and delivery ward. Outside of trying to make ends meet, Angel enjoys cooking and embracing new challenges. She has big dreams for her future!
Angel is in the final two weeks of her semester at LA Trade Tech, but she is facing significant barriers when it comes to transportation. She lives about 1.5 to 2 hours away from school when taking public transport. Every day presents a new challenge: the bus is late, she misses the bus because it arrives early, or she experiences harassment from other passengers. After dealing with these issues for the past eight weeks, Angel is exhausted and has lost motivation to finish her classes. Receiving support would greatly benefit Angel as she completes her semester, providing her with the safety and protection she needs to get to school.
