Josh was taken from his mother due to issues with supervision and unsafe living conditions. He and his brother were briefly reunited with her, but they were removed again after she was arrested for abuse and neglect. He and his brother have been placed in three different pre-adoptive homes, but those placements unfortunately failed. Now an adult, Josh lives on his own and is working to balance work, school, and having fun. He enjoys basketball and spending time with friends.

Josh is living on his own and cannot afford some of his basic necessities. He has a job, but most of his income goes towards rent. His clothes are somewhat worn, and he could really use an upgrade, but after paying his bills, he doesn't have any extra money to buy new clothes. This request has been split into two wishes to allow for a successful shopping trip. This is wish 1 of 2.
