Fostering Hope - BucksAxel is an amazing young man. He’s been in and out of foster care over the last several years. He is resilient and strong and still such a loving kid. Axel loves to be outside and spends time playing any sport he can. His current foster home has an amazing space for him to explore and grow. Axel loves school and works hard to keep up with his peers.
Axel loves playing with Legos and would build with them all day if he could. It allows him to express his imagination and creativity. He mentioned to his foster mom that he enjoys following directions because it helps him know how the final product is supposed to look. In a world where much is beyond his control, building gives Axel a sense of control and accomplishment. This amazing set will enable him to build a dragon, a sea serpent, and a phoenix. He will be thrilled to find it in his basket on Easter morning.
