Jenda Foster CareRosie is a kind young lady who has been in several placements. She previously lived with her aunt and little cousin, but she now resides in the Independent Living Program. Rosie is very intelligent and is enrolled in multiple Advanced Placement (AP) classes. She successfully balances her part-time job with her studies. When she is not busy with work or school, Rosie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
As Rosie prepares to move into her own apartment through the independent living program, she is excited about cooking for herself and making her new space feel like home. One item she would love to have is a pot and pan set, which will enable her to prepare her own meals and gain more independence in the kitchen. This would be a thoughtful and practical gift to help her embark on this exciting new journey!

"Enjoy your cooking journey! There are a lot of great recipes you can find on youtube (tip: Make sure you only preheat the pans when oil/butter or water is in the pan first. Also, to make pans last longer be sure to handwash them and use non-metal utensils when cooking). I’m rooting for you! Best of luck with your studies and your new chapter of independence! "
