Recently, Sameer moved into his Extended Foster Care apartment, and he is full of excitement about making it feel like home. Sports remain an important part of his life, both to watch and play with friends. In addition, Sameer enjoys cooking healthy meals and meal prepping, which allows him to care for himself and maintain his independence.

Sameer loves cooking and meal prepping, which helps him stay healthy and consistent. Since moving into his new apartment, he has had a hard time maintaining his routine because he doesn't have a microwave. He is requesting an air fryer countertop microwave to heat up his meals quickly after workouts or games with friends, making it easier for him to stick to his meal prep goals.
