However, she found comfort in education, sports, the arts, and spending time with friends and family. Iyonna is proud of how she left the foster care system and has experienced difficult situations due to the people in charge of her care. In five years, she hopes to be happy and fulfilled, discover her passion, and forgive herself to move on to a better life.

Iyonna is currently living in a suburban area and preparing to start her first job post-graduation. As she is still working towards obtaining her driver's license, Iyonna has been relying solely on public transportation, which often takes hours and is unreliable. Iyonna is hoping for an electric bike and will need to have a helmet to ensure she remains safe.
