Kateri is currently in foster care, but she has made the best of her situation. She loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s playing outside or enjoying swimming and other water activities. Kateri also has a passion for watching movies and hanging out with her friends and twin sibling. She finds joy in learning and attending school, and she has a great sense of humor, often making jokes to keep everyone entertained. Despite the challenges she faces, Kateri’s positive spirit shines through in everything she loves to do.

Kateri is so happy to celebrate her birthday this year surrounded by family. She is particularly excited to have her father join, as he hasn't been able to participate for several years. Both Kateri and her sister are overjoyed to reconnect with him. When asked about her birthday wish, Kateri mentioned wanting a turquoise Nintendo Switch, which she believes would be a great way to relax and enjoy some gaming. As someone who loves being active and spending time outdoors, Kateri sees the Switch as a perfect option for indoor fun, especially on days when she prefers to stay inside or when the weather isn't ideal.
