Tony is a happy go lucky aged out foster kid who is struggling to make it in life. He has had so many losses and lived in so many homes he had become homeless and has tried hard to get straightened out. He recently got his drivers licenses and completed his GED. He is so proud of these huge accomplishment! He still struggles with housing and is afraid of becoming homeless. He recently enrolled in the criminal justice program at the Community College and hopes to better himself.

Tony needs a basic tool set because his last one was stolen. His apartment lacks good security, and things often go missing. Having a tool set would really help him fix various things around his home. Tony also wants to tackle some DIY projects to personalize his space and make it more comfortable. Having a complete tool set empowers him to manage repairs and improvements on his own.
