CASA KS - Lyon CountyEdward is a kind and loving child. He loves being outdoors, playing soccer, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs. Edward is very close to his younger siblings, he teaching them new things and playing games with them.
Edward has been in foster care for over three years, and the ongoing uncertainty has created a lot of stress and anxiety for him. His caregivers have found that calming games like Animal Crossing and Minecraft Creative Mode give him a safe, healthy outlet to self-soothe and practice emotional regulation. A Nintendo Switch of his own would provide Edward with a consistent tool to help him relax, build routines, and strengthen skills like patience, structure, and responsible screen use. This gift would offer comfort, stability, and a sense of ownership during a time in his life when so much feels out of his control.
