CA DCFS - Los Angeles CountyAngel is a bright young man who enjoys playing different sports, hanging out with his family (including his little sister), and skating with his friends. Angel has been in and out of the foster care system since he was a baby. At times, he returned to his parents, but was then removed again on multiple occasions. Angel has flashbacks from his past, and he is reminded of the hardships he went through in the care of his parents, but also in the care of some foster homes. Despite all of this, Angel remains a respectful young man who still laughs and makes jokes with his social worker and with those around him.
Angel is resistant and continues to find joy in life. Recently, he expressed that he enjoys his guitar class and eagerly anticipates it. Angel mentioned that he would love to have his own ukulele so he can play a song for his father as a Christmas gift. Although Angel has faced various behavioral challenges, he remains consistent in attending his guitar class, driven by his deep interest in playing music.
