Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.

Carter needs a hoodie upgrade as he’s outgrown his current one and could really use something warm and comfortable for the season. He loves being active and spending time outdoors, and a new hoodie would help him stay cozy while still enjoying the things he loves. Having fresh, well-fitting clothing would also give him a boost of confidence at school and around his peers. This small but meaningful gift would help Carter feel cared for and ready for the colder weather ahead.
