Destiney was born positive to substances. She has struggled to meet her milestones and has some developmental delays. She loves being near her big sister and always has a bright smile on her face. Destiney was removed from her parents' care due to domestic violence and physical abuse of her siblings, and then was placed with a relative who overdosed while with them. She unfortunately has not been able to have proper medical care, but hopefully, now she will be able to start receiving services to catch up with some of her medical and developmental needs.

Destiney has been adjusting to her new leg braces, which have made finding clothes that fit a challenge. However, she is getting much stronger with her walking. This Christmas, it will be nice to get her some new clothes that are comfortable and warm, so she can enjoy playing outside with her family. This is 1 of 2.
