Josiah is a twin and has recently lost his grandmother, who was raising him and his brother. The twins do everything together and share a close bond as both siblings and best friends. Some of Josiah's favorite hobbies include playing basketball, soccer, and video games. He has always been an excellent student, consistently making the honor roll. Currently, both brothers are in temporary care as they search for a permanent placement.

Josiah is a young boy who entered foster care with his sibling. He has made incredible strides in his behavior and mood, and he is now experiencing reduced anxiety. This Christmas, he wishes for a special experience: his very first shopping trip where he can use a gift card or his own money. His heart is set on having a Target shopping spree, something he has always dreamed of.
