Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby is excited to go to Build-A-Bear for a special trip with her sisters while school is out for the holiday. This fun outing will give them a chance to bond and create lovely memories together. Plus, Libby will get to make her very own stuffed animal to love and cherish!
