Foster Parent Association of WilkesKim entered foster care during the holidays, feeling scared and angry. It was a challenging time for her, but she started to settle in shortly after. Starting a new school was hard and presented new challenges for her. However, she feels safe in her new environment. She also enjoys having plenty of food, watching movies, and spending time with her new dog.
Kim wishes for a trip to Barnes & Noble to pick out a few good books to read. She wants to start the New Year off by reading and learning new things. This will be the perfect activity for her on cold days when she has to stay inside.
