Gavin urgently needs a warm coat. After he and his sister were removed from their homes, they arrived at a family friend's house with nothing but their bedtime clothes. Currently, both children lack access to their belongings and desperately require appropriate clothing. Gavin specifically needs to try on clothes, as his caregivers are unsure of his size.
