Dara has been borrowing her friend's phone for a while now, but it's not good enough for her needs. She can only make calls and send a few texts, and the cracked screen makes it hard to see anything. Dara and her daughter have a lot of appointments to go to, and sometimes they get lost. What Dara really wants is an iPhone 11, and she's fine with getting a refurbished one.
