Brooklyn has had a hard stretch that included things most adults have never faced. Her foster family wants to give her a magical, silly, purely fun night at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. A ticket would give her an experience that is just for her, the kind most kids get that she has not had nearly enough of.
