Cloe is adorable with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She is in foster care and living with her sisters and grandma, which she loves. She sings, she dances, she puts on concerts in the living room. She is learning her ABCs and counting down to kindergarten. She names every baby doll Sally.

Cloe is a wonderful kid who loves living with her grandma. Grandma often feels guilty about not being as active as she would like, so they are always looking for fun activities that require minimal physical effort.
