Julia is a very active girl in foster care who loves learning new things. She enjoys taking ballet lessons and spends much of her time moving, playing, and staying busy. Her energy and curiosity help her explore new interests and grow her skills every day.

Julia has been growing up fast. This summer, she was disappointed that her guardian could not afford the cost of camp. Determined to make it happen, Julia and her friends started selling lemonade and ice cups to raise money for the camp. They worked hard and came close to reaching their goal, but Julia still needs a good pair of tennis shoes. For her birthday, she is hoping for a new pair of Nikes so she can attend camp with her friends, stay active, and enjoy a fun summer experience.
