Cloe is adorable with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She is in foster care and living with her sisters and grandma, which she loves. She sings, she dances, she puts on concerts in the living room. She is learning her ABCs and counting down to kindergarten. She names every baby doll Sally.

Cloe loves dressing up and getting her hair done especially with cute accessories. A set of new hair clips bows and scrunchies would be right up her alley.
