Karson was recently involved in an accident during which his phone was damaged beyond use. His phone served as an essential lifeline and was a critical tool for his daily functioning. He relied on it to complete schoolwork, prepare for his GED exams, schedule and attend medical appointments, arrange Uber transportation, and communicate with his employer. Replacing his phone will significantly improve his ability to maintain his education, employment, and healthcare responsibilities. The replacement device is a newer version of the phone he previously owned, ensuring he has reliable access to the tools and resources he depends on each day.

"Karson received his phone and is beyond excited! What a relief it is for him to have a phone again after his previous one was destroyed in the accident he was in. He was able to restore his iCloud account and get all of his contacts back. He also logged back into his GED program, completed the practice tests, and received his schedule for the GED program starting next week. Having a phone is essential for Karson as he continues to build and maintain his independence. It also allows him to stay connected to his GED program and continue working toward his education, which is important for maintaining his housing. This was such a huge help for Karson, and he is incredibly grateful. Thank you so much for helping make this possible!"
