Tray is a kind, family-oriented youth who loves basketball and school. He was adopted at a young age along with his biological siblings, but unfortunately, this adoption eventually disrupted the connection among all of them. Currently, Tray resides in foster care in a different part of the state, away from many of his family connections, and he is creative in finding ways to stay connected with them. He is excited to start the upcoming school year so he can participate in football, basketball, and after-school clubs and programs in his neighborhood.

Tray is a lively and engaged young man who is deeply invested in community activities, always looking for ways to get involved and participate in various sports. However, the absence of his own mobile phone creates significant challenges for him, particularly when it comes to communication with his foster parent during his daily commutes. This lack of access makes it difficult for his foster parent to keep track of him and coordinate plans. Furthermore, Tray faces difficulties in maintaining bonds with his siblings who live in Pennsylvania, as he can only use an adult's phone sporadically.
