Ang is a sweet, shy, and artistic young woman living in a transitional living program. After her adoptive mother passed away, she was left without a caregiver and has no family support. Despite significant mental health challenges, Ang is trying hard to build her independent living skills and work toward her future. She finds comfort in anime as a coping tool and enjoys expressing herself through art, riding her bike, and spending time at the beach. She also loves all kinds of soup!

Ang would love to dress up and go trick-or-treating with her new friends at her transitional living program. She is working toward employment but currently lacks the funds to purchase a Halloween costume. Granting this wish would ease that financial stress and give her a fun way to express herself, connect with others, and feel included. With no family support, this opportunity would help Ang create happy memories and enjoy Halloween like other youth her age.
