A laptop for Amanda who wants to complete her certification and achieve real independence

Outreach - Center for Community Resources

Amanda is looking to become more self-sufficient. She is currently residing in a sober living home and is seeking employment and educational pathways toward a brighter future. She is currently saving money for her own apartment. She is looking to take online classes in digital marketing and e-commerce. With the certification, she hopes to work as an administrative assistant and online media specialist for a growing company.

Amanda is working toward a certification in digital marketing and e-commerce, a real step toward employment and greater economic self-sufficiency, but she doesn't currently have a laptop to complete her online coursework. Getting one would let her finish her certification, strengthen her digital literacy, and move closer to the independence she's been working hard to build. For Amanda, this isn't just about a device. It's about relying less on community support systems and standing more firmly on her own.
