Lutheran Family Services of VirginiaCaleb is a rambunctious loving child. He enjoys being able to play and take care of his little sister. He often has to be reminded that he can just be a child and let others take care of him.
Caleb's foster parent would like to take he and his two siblings to Disneyworld. They all work very hard to make good choices and be happy. The foster parents are willing to pay for travel, lodging and food for Caleb but he will need a ticket for the them park.
