Carter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.

Carter’s favorite time of the year is Christmas. He loves trimming the tree, going see the lights and unwrapping presents. This will allow him to unwrap new holiday traditions at the most scenic wonderland in Texas. He can get lost in the world’s largest light maze.
