Evan is a friendly person who likes to play practical jokes on his foster family. He enjoys laughing and listening to music. When he grows up he wants to direct movies and watches many of them in the hopes learn. Or at least that is what he tells his foster mom! He is in foster care and while he does get to visit his birth family, it has been hard on him to only visit by online means. But he is resilient and keeps moving forward and does well in school.
