A beach cruiser bike for Valerie who needs reliable transportation

Valerie is an extremely hard worker. She has a part time job in which she commutes to by bike. Unfortunately, a car ran over her previous bike and it is not in any condition to ride anymore. Valerie desperately needs a new beach cruiser bike, as it is her way of transportation to and from her job.
Valerie is 23 years old and lives in NJ
Due to terrible circumstances, Valerie was living with a relative until this person was no longer able to care for her due to advancing illness. Fortunately, a family friend was able to step in and provide Valerie with a loving home. Although she feels cared for, Valerie still fears that her situation will change, based on her past experiences. After successfully completing summer school, Valerie is on track to graduate HS this year.
