Quyana was recently reunified with her mother, on her birthday! As a super special birthday/reunification celebration, her mother signed her up for a Teen Magazine Writing Program, where she found her passion for writing. Quyana learned how to write about her experiences and use writing as an outlet. Quyana would love to be able to submit her pieces to local places as well as keep a portfolio of all of her accomplishments. Having her own laptop will give her the opportunity to continue writing and creating her own outlet to help her with coping some of the most traumatic times in her life. As well as keeping all of her pieces in one location.
