Sweet little Preemie Angel is in need of a Car Seat Stroller Combo. This will make doctor visits and outside time much easier. She is brand new to life and foster care and has a long road ahead of her.
Angel is 5 years old and lives in NC
Angel is a sweet sweet preemie that is developing into a precious little toddler. She has a lot of needs and is medically fragile for now. Hopefully she will grow and thrive into a healthy little girl. She loves her blanket, her bed, her cup, and listening to kids music.
