Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a Let’s Play House Set to have fun! She wants to mimic her foster mom through play and learning. This will help Libby gain good cleaning and organizational skills as well as expand her immigration.
