Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a few rompers to stay cool in this summer. This will give her some cute cool clothing for summer. She needs some clothing to relax, play, and have fun in. This will help her through the hot months.
