Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a Frozen 2 DVD to watch over and over again. She absolutely loves fairy tales and this will help her imagination and give her a positive activity to enjoy. She loves Frozen and can’t wait to watch the next movie.
