Mandy wishes to pick out new Tennis Shoes at Target so she looks and feels great. This will give her a comfortable pair of shoes to play in. Playground time has practically ceased due to COVID-19; and the blacktop has wore her current shoes out. She will be so happy to get new play shoes.
Mandy is 10 years old and lives in NC
Mandy is a sweet, bubbly little girl that loves having her sisters with her in foster care. She really looks up to her older sisters and is always following behind them. Mandy enjoys baby dolls, cartoons, and loves to use her imagination. The family cat is her absolute favorite, and she might just try and play dress-up with them!
