Libby wishes for a Unicorn Princess Costume to wear on Halloween. This will help her have a wonderful Halloween and help her deal with the limited trick or treating due to COVID-19. She will make wonderful memories and help her feel very special.
Libby is 6 years old and lives in NC
Libby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
