Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a Christmas Dress to wear to holiday parties this season. She wants to be ready for Santa and to look her best. This will help fill her with holiday cheer and excitement.
