The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Everyone loves Carter as soon as they meet him! He's an awesome kid. Unfortunately he only arrived to his foster home with a bag of clothes that are much too small. He would love to pick out a new coat that fits properly and is nice and warm. He would be so grateful for this special gift.
