VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyTessa is an amazing little girl who is currently in foster care with her younger brother. Tessa has had much trauma in her short lifetime but has not allowed the trauma to take away her happy outlook on the world. She has some education delays but she works very hard in school. Tessa loves to sing and dance.
Tessa is such a fun loving kid and is going through a growth spurt. She is in need of some new boots and a winter coat to keep her warm this cold season. She would love to pick out something in her style and feel comfortable in something she loves.
