TX DFPS - Comal CountyIsabelle is a sweet, cuddly, lovable little girl who is in a relative foster home. Isabelle is smart and eager to learn, even at her young age. She is often seen with her caregivers phone, watching and listening to educational videos. She recites songs, letters, and even colors that she has learned.
Isabelle will benefit from these new shoes for daily use. She is in need of a new pair as her other shoes are starting to wear because she is very active. She likes to run and jump, and these shoes will be able to fit those needs.
