She is planning a special trip with her sister and they are so excited to get to spend some special time together to bond and create positive memories.
Mandy is 10 years old and lives in NC
Mandy is a sweet, bubbly little girl that loves having her sisters with her in foster care. She really looks up to her older sisters and is always following behind them. Mandy enjoys baby dolls, cartoons, and loves to use her imagination. The family cat is her absolute favorite, and she might just try and play dress-up with them!
