Of 5 siblings, Lowegan is the last to find his forever home after seven years in foster care so far. His one consistency in life has been art. Lowegan truly enjoys using artwork as an outlet to express his feelings.
Lowegan recently moved to a new foster home and is hoping to join the local YMCA and go to summer camp so he can become acclimated to his new neighborhood. Lowegan will be starting a new school in a new district in September and is hoping to make new friends during the summer to ease his transition.
